Coordinating a team of 30 cinematographers and remaining on call 7 days a week to make sure all events are successful. 

Overseeing 10 remote video editors to ensure all film deliverable deadlines are met.

Attending networking events and connecting with venues, wedding planners, photographers  to promote the business and creating partnerships.

Workflow creation in programs such as Google workspace, Google Drive and Trello to assist me on being an effective liaison between cinematographers, and editing teams. 

Social media video content creator for instagram. Capturing behind the scenes of the company day to day operations and events. All videos are shot on a video camera and cellphone and edited in Premiere Pro or Prequel app for fast turn around time. 

Ensuring costs stay on budget weekly. Including in house production budget and effective management of payments for 30 freelance cinematographers using the program Justworks.
